Requests, sign-offs and rule changes reach people in Slack. Decisions with a risk to acknowledge stay in WorkFlex; everything done in Slack is logged on the request's activity as "via Slack".

What people can do in Slack
Fixed by WorkFlex, so a decision always shows its consequences.
Approve requests with nothing flaggedLow risk, all six dimensions clear. The approve window shows what happens before it confirms.
Ask the traveller, reject, answer a sign-offReject and Ask need a written reason, as in WorkFlex.
Approve with an acknowledgement, or a blocked requestOnly in WorkFlex: the acknowledgement and "if ignored" need the full page. Slack shows "Review in WorkFlex".
Notifications, per person
Each person can change their own in My workspace › Notifications. Email stays the fallback for anyone not in Slack.
